A long time member of the St. Joseph Couny Literacy Council, Virginia Wyman passed away on 4/27/2009.  She was a driving force in the council for years.

Board of County Commissioners for the County of St. Joseph, State of Michigan honors Virginia Wyman for her work with the St. Joseph County Literacy Council.
