Virginia Wyman, Director of the St. Joseph County Literacy Council Passes Away

Members of the St. Joseph County Literacy Council were deeply saddened by the death of one of their most active members.  Virginia was the Director of the council and was responsible for the council gaining 501(c)3 non-profit status.  Her efforts led to the county wide spread of the council and she will be remembered and greatly missed.
