The Literacy Council works from Barrows School

Barrows School in Three Rivers works with the St. Joseph County Literacy Council by supplying a desk in the main office for our work.  Here, Executive Director Becky Lilly attends to council business.  We are so grateful for their help and cooperation with our program.
