Mendon Riverfest Parade 2017

Today, the St. Joseph County Literacy Council took part in the annual Mendon Riverfest Parade.  Although the parade was small, there were good crowds and the weather was perfect.  The Literacy Council is pleased to have a presence in Mendon and we hope to grow there in the future.
