The St. Joseph County Literacy Council has installed a "Little Free Library" at the First Presbyterian Church. The books are free for the public to use and return or replace with other books.
Imagine not being able to read a recipe, the dosing instructions on a pill bottle, or even to read a bedtime story to your children.
