The Southwest Michigan Planning Commission Awards a Literacy Grant!


The Southwest Michigan Planning Commission has awarded a grant to be used by the Literacy Councils of Kalamazoo, Branch, Calhoun and St. Joseph Counties.  The grant is part of the Southwest Michigan Regional Prosperity Initiative ((“RPI”).  The grant will be used to promote the advancement of multiple programs that aim to reduce illiteracy in SW Michigan.  We are very grateful to the Commission for their funding and encouragement.
