AEP Gives a Grant to the St. Joseph County Literacy Council!

The St. Joseph County Literacy Council is delighted to receive a grant from AEP.  We are so pleased that they find our program to be worthy of support and we will strive to fulfill our commitment to reducing illiteracy in St. Joseph County.
